I guide and empower families looking for change with their sleep habits, ready to make brave changes with openness and confidence to feel restored and excited for life ahead.   

 

My approach to sleep is holistic; looking at the physical and scientific aspects of best sleep practices (think environment, routines and timings of sleep), as well as the possible limiting beliefs, thoughts and negative energy that could be hindering easy progress with improved sleep. 

I will share with you my intuitional guidance and the science of sleep for your stage/age of sleep for your to take forth and implement.  I trust you and how you decide to make the changes in your home.
