Over the course of three 1-hour sessions, we weave together the science of sleep, your (or your child’s) Human Design, and subconscious integration through PSYCH-K® to gently shift what’s been keeping rest out of reach.

Each session builds upon the last. You’ll receive clear, personalized strategies to implement between calls—while we return to celebrate, deepen, and realign with each step.

This 45-minute call is for returning sleep clients navigating a new season or shift. Whether it’s a change in rhythm, a new challenge, or something feels “off,” we’ll gently revisit your child’s (and your) needs with fresh eyes—bringing clarity, calm, and aligned next steps rooted in what matters most to you. You’ll leave with practical strategies tailored to your child’s current stage, renewed confidence in your intuition, and a grounded plan you can begin implementing right away.
