Paddle board Meditation:
A Mindfulness Experience on the Water
Overview
Escape the noise of your life. Slow down, float on water, experience the feeling of calm with others. Return to clarity through stillness.
Imagine beginning your day on still water before a single demand has reached you. Or ending your day watching the sunset, your shoulders dropping, releasing the day completely, so you ease into the kind of sleep you've been craving. This is what you're saying yes to.
What the Two Hours Look Like
Arrive to a completely prepared paddle board session. Paddle boards, life jackets and anchors provided. You bring yourself, a water bottle and a towel. The rest is taken care of for you.
A waiver must be signed in person before we begin.
Hour One — Guided Meditation
We begin on the paddleboards together. Sitting, not standing, not paddling. We'll anchor and chill. I'll guide you through a simple practice of small movements, breath, engaging your senses and presence. Nothing complicated. Just practical tools to quiet the mental noise, drop back into your body and find stillness and calm within.
The water does a lot of the work. You cannot be on a paddleboard in the middle of a lake and be anywhere but here. That's the point.
Hour Two — Free Time
This hour is entirely yours. Paddle if you want to. Float. Stay still. Have deeper conversations. Be in community. Move around the lake. Stay together. Move off in pairs, or venture on a solo journey. There's no right answer and after the first hour, you'll know exactly what you need. Most people surprise themselves.
What You'll Leave With
You'll leave feeling calm in a way that actually reaches your body — not just your mind telling you to relax, but your nervous system genuinely unwinding.
You'll leave with a breath that goes deeper than it has in longer than you can remember.
You'll leave with clarity — not because you figured anything out, but because when the noise quiets down, the answers were already there.
You'll leave knowing that stillness isn't something you have to learn. It's something you feel.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Sessions require a minimum of 3 people to proceed — if we don't reach that, you'll receive a full refund or priority booking for another next date
If weather requires a reschedule, you'll be offered an alternative date or full refund.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be applied to a future session
Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit their spot and their investment
No paddleboarding experience necessary — if you can sit, you can do this
